Septic Tank Maintenance

Septic Tank Maintenance

Every 3 years, you should have your septic system assessed and the tank pumped every 3 to 5 years depending on the Frequency of Pumping: Four Major Factors. Our certified team will assess the condition of your septic tank, provide pumping with proper disposal, service all tank compartments, and provide baffle filter cleaning (if installed).
Our certified septic inspections include:
  • Looking for leaks
  • Assessment of the physical condition of the tank
  • Analyzing the scum and sludge layers (normal or heavy)
  • Examining the inlet and outlet baffles to ensure they are intact or in need of replacement
  • Check the operating level
  • Evaluate whether the field-bed effluent is running back into the tank
Regular maintenance gives you the best information on how your septic system is working by protecting your tile or filter bed from solids.
